Let's make this
feel easy.
Here are answers to the questions we hear most often. If you are wondering about something else, we would be happy to talk it through.
Good questions
are welcome.
Choosing a puppy is a big decision. Take your time, read what is here, and reach out when you are ready to start a conversation.
Ask us directlyHow do I join the waitlist?
Fill out our inquiry form with a little about your family, your timing, and what you are looking for. We will follow up personally with upcoming litter information and next steps.
When can puppies go home?
Puppies go home when they are ready for the transition, after their veterinary health check, around eight weeks. We will share the expected go-home timing for each litter as it develops.
Can I choose a specific puppy?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to help you find the puppy of your dreams.
Are puppies vet checked?
Yes. Each puppy receives a veterinary examination, first round of puppy shots, including de-worming before going home. We will provide the health record and discuss any recommendations with you.
Does each puppy come with a health guarantee?
Yes. The written purchase agreement explains the health guarantee, responsibilities, and required follow-up care. We will review the agreement with you before you bring your puppy home.
What should I do after bringing my puppy home?
Schedule a visit with your own veterinarian promptly, keep your puppy's records handy, and reach out with questions. We remain available as your puppy settles in.
How are puppies raised?
Our puppies are raised in our home with gentle handling, everyday household sounds, and plenty of individual attention. We want them to grow into confident companions for real family life.
Do you offer support after pickup?
Always. We are here for your questions, milestones, and the ordinary moments of learning life together. You are welcome to stay in touch as your puppy grows. We love receiving puppy updates and pictures.
The details
matter.
We want you to feel informed before you make a commitment. These are the practical questions to bring to the conversation.
What does the puppy price include?
We will share what is included with the current litter before you reserve, along with the puppy's health record, expected go-home timing, and care details.
When do I learn the deposit terms?
We require a $500 deposit to secure your puppy. This deposit is non-refundable, and required to hold a puppy from other interested families. The deposit will then be applied toward the final payment.
What should I review before reserving?
Review the written purchase agreement, what is included, health guarantee details, payment timing, and the care expected after your puppy comes home. We are happy to talk through each part.
